In this episode, we’re going to talk about 3 reasons why you should go juicing.

It’s very important that you give your body a smooth transition as you slowly introduce juicing into your system. Start with one juice everyday. some good info here as well as some misinformation. Eating fat with sugar
actually lowers glycogen levels, which is good. Also, you get fat when you
consume more calories than you burn. Don’t fear sugar folks. Just eat in
moderation and not more calories than you need. The real truth here is the
power of vegetables.

alkaline? the body stores fat because it can’t release acids from the
body. the body protects us from acids by using fats to absorb acids.The
fats get stored all over the body. Overexercising can make you fat also

I need help with sleep. I use to work night shift (2345- 0715 AM). Now I
no longer work. I eat early am between 3am and 5 am in the morning. I sleep
during the day @ 80% of the time. I have always been a night owl. I sleep
from 9 am to 2:00 pm in the afternoon. The Majority of the time I have to
drink warm milk or sleepy tea to go to sleep. This only last for about 4
hours! I am left very frustrated! I am doing better, but I still am not
