Whether it be for health or personal appearance issues or both, there has to be a sense on constancy in our health and looks, and the good news is that you do not have to struggle again.

At times in my life when I wanted to change, I found people who were the way I wanted to be and did what they did. And I found that I became what or how I wanted to become.
