This is exactly what I say! People underestimate the importance of sleep. I
always laugh at the people who think they’re better than everyone else
because “they don’t have time for sleep; they just gotta grind all day”.
Yeah some days you gotta go without adequate amounts of sleep but for the
most part, you should be getting enough sleep and go to sleep at a
consistent time, preferably 10pm in my opinion.

better yet none of them gives ANY single idea about what time you should go
to bed, does it matter to sleep at early time or is it just enough to get 8
