Here’s a great weight loss tip that has made it easier for me to accurately measure my food. I just love this food scale. Without this scale, I would never know exactly how much 28 grams of almonds were or exactly how much is 4 ounces of chicken. This makes preparing your own food at home easier. The brand I have is Chefmate, but now it’s called Kitrics.

You can find it on Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000U67EI0?ie=UTF8&tag=defa-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B000U67EI0

Really want one of these…it would make calorie counting so much easier!

I have that exact same scale. Love, love, LOVE it!! You can also place the
bowl on after you turn it on and hit the tare button to zero it out. I do
that when i have various foods on a plate.

what will they think of next!!!!!? lol, this is a great do-dad, so helpful
for keeping track! I’m surprised that it wasn’t over a hundred dollars or
something.

hello, are you still using the food scale? I want to buy one, but I want to
hear your opinion about this product before I buy it.

DearFat130 says:

Hi there! Yes, I still use it to measure my food, especially things like
meat, cheese, sugar, and snacks. It is a lot more accurate for me than
measuring by the cup or by the spoonful, etc. to measure by grams or oz. I
personally think it’s a great scale, I’ve had it for years and it still
works beautifully. Good luck!

DearFat130 says:

Sure, I’d love it – send me a private message Andy. Thanks!

I absolutely love food scales! I have one from Weight Watchers that was $40
as well. For things like cereal, pasta, and rice, it really helps with
accuracy. This ensures that I am sticking to my points as accurately as
possible. Thanks so much for sharing this awesome tip! :)
