I am currently 163ish cm tall and weigh 56 kilos, size 6-8 in NZ (different to USA sizing etc)

Well I lost my all my excess weight by eating less and exercising 5 days a
week. 90% of my intake was whole, raw foods (nothing processed, high in
sugar, white flour, “fat free”, etc…), and 10% treats like 2 scoops of
ice cream or a handful of chips every few days, but I really didn’t eat too
much, 3 meals a day- proper portion sizes. I didn’t spend money on any
weight loss programs or books, just some reading online about nutrition,
and once you break your addiction to sugar/flour and high calorie/greasy
foods, and you have the desire to work hard and lose the weight, it will
come off, no if ands or buts.

So you are 5’4″ and weigh about 123 lbs. In US sizing, I think that would
be size 2-4. That’s pretty good, actually a bit small. I’m 5’5″ and
weighed 123 lbs. at my smallest about a year ago. I do have more muscle on
myself now, but I hope to reach that weight once again, since I was still
carrying excess fat at 123 lbs.

Exercise and eat healthy! Simply eat healthy fresh, organic, home grown
food, that is unprocessed, and you will be amazed with the results. I lost
30 pounds simply by doing that. and I loved the flavors!

Resistance training helped me lose 10 pounds in two months. Lifting
weights, or even using stretch bands and pulling them not only depleted my
carbohydrate stores (I was a big carb eater), but also toned me. If you
have healthy eating habits as I do, but had moments in your life where you
over consumed carbs, I think this might help you. I still eat whatever I
want in small portions (except fast food, which I never ate anyways), and a
bit of resistance band training everyday. I’m only 21, and this has done
wonders for me. It’s cheap, easy, and I didn’t need to buy a gym
membership :) It is also great if you are a full time university student,
and get over exhausted from excessive cardio exercise (I can’t do cardio
everyday and still study 5 hours a day). I hope this helps some of you who
were in a situation like me. It feels great to fit my clothes again :)
