I don’t know what’s the fuss the form police keeps bringing up. Her “bad
form” isn’t any different than many kettlebell videos in here, in my
opinion. Contracted core and breath synchronization and arm lockouts, from
what I see. Of course, I’m no expert, but I love this workout and have
never been injured. The 2 worst movements for me are the last ones in both
levels (“snatches” or something and a Russian twist in lvl2). They hit
themselves repeteadly with the kettlebells on the forearms, that gotta
hurt. Maybe their plastic kettlebells won’t hurt, but my iron one sure
would break my arms if I did that. So, I just hold them differently and I’m
fine. It also bothers me that Jillian never, I mean, NEVER completes a set
with the girls, but demands aggressively that they continue. In all of her
videos, it’s the same, I know she’s ripped, but I like when the trainers
participate more….

I’m pretty skinny, eat pretty healthy I would say, workout at home, run
two-three times a week and bicycle everyday. But with the sligtest bend,
BAM, rolls! yeah, I do have a bit of fat on my belly, but its not a lot,
some in the middle and the obliques. My upper thighs are also quite big and
it kinda looks like they dont fit with the lower thigh and calves which are
pretty skinny. What should I do? I want to be leaner!

Get a high quality rebounder off craigslist. Bounce w/ feet on the mat
5minutes. Work your way up to 15min. If you work up to FOUR 15min
sessions per day, the weight will fly off. Plus, it’s easy on the joints,
improved immune system. For Diabetics: Check your blood sugar before and
after a 5min session, and you’ll see it just came down…approximately
30points. That will motivate you!!!
(Don’t do more than 15min at a time because of increased risk of injury to

I have many of her DVDs but never went for this one because I don’t have
kettle bells, just dumbbells. I have to say though, this is more or less
like an easier version of her 3-2-1, 30 day shred routine [comparing level
1 to level 1 here].
I’m glad I saw this before I went out and bought it because it wouldn’t
challenge me the way I would like it to.

This is grate. I’m new to the world of health and fitness at age 26 and I
couldn’t make it past half way. New work out goal is to get to were this is

I need it. I’m 186.5 pounds and my bmi says I should be 140. I started
