Cardio is pretty useless because you burn 1000 calories with this 1hour
long cardio workout and even without junk food while eating three meals a
day you will gain those 1000 calories fast a typical person eats around
1500-2000 calories a day not counting the athletes,or bodybuilder, or power
lifters who eat over 2500 calories a day without junk food unless your a
vegetarian then cardio is not useless.
how much will I lose in kg with this?
I couldn’t finish this…I’m so dissapointed :(

So why can’t you do this more than 2 times a week? I don’t get it, I work
out to gain muscle to and that’s been quite a succes but I just gain muscle
easy but lose fat alot harder and since this doesn’t really give me muscle
soreness, why is it bad to do this everyday?
Do you think it would be possible if I cut out carbohydrates and did this 3
times a week and then did other workouts I could lose 20 pounds in a month?

EXERCISE 3 TIMES A WEEK , CAN I LOSE 10IBS WITHOUT DOING A DIET? EATING
BETWEEN 2000-2100 CALORIES? (I MOVE A LOT) i don’t want to do a diet

“Well, this seems like such a fun workout!” *actually does it* *Limps aways*
It took me almost 2.5 hours to complete this workout. I wasn’t able to do
it fully in one go because my baby kept stopping me, but then again I was
lifting her and playing with her, so I did get some additional arm workout
from that. I feel good, however, almost all the plank position exercises I
had to do an alternate version. My wrists hurt so much when I do
plank/burpees. I’m not sure if I’m doing them wrong, or if it is because I
have really small wrists in comparison to my body… Does Fitnessblender
have a non-plank/burpee 1000 calorie work out?

What better Sunday afternoon activity than… my very first 1000 Calorie
During those core exercises I had to take three or four extra
workout
breaks, but apart from that I think that I did quite well :-)

This is my second time doing this video through the 8 week program (week
7) and I was able to complete the whole thing both times, but this second
time through I have noticed I recovered quicker between exercises and was
able to lift heavier weights! It’s amazing what just a month of pushing
yourself will do! Thank you guys for all of your dedication & hard work!
OH MY GAWD………..So So Very SORE
oh my god i had to stop it a few times but i did it. The cardio part was
the most tiring thing i’ve done in my life. The strenght was pretty easy
and nice. Count me in for those workouts.

Who’s lost weight with this?
I did the whole thing, I was literally going to throw up, I don’t recommend
doing the whole thing for beginners, just do 30 minutes first and then skip
to the stretches, believe me its really hard and will definitely make you
feel sick if your body isn’t used to this. I’m a beginner and I just learnt
that the hard way. But otherwise as your body adjusts it definitely is
effective and a great calorie burning exercise.

friend of mine, a boy, said that I’m getting fatter today, but I think I am
doing the workout without skipping it and I’m so sad.:'( He’s so mean! But,
I haven’t try this workout yet. So, I’ll prove to him that I can lose my
weight too and I’ll make him drop his jaw someday. *Sorry, I’m so pissed*
I think this workout is so good because of the breaks between each
exercise! Thanks a lot for posting this!
EXHAUSTING!!!!! BUT INTERESING
This is my second week with HIIT. I do it 3-4 times a week, each targeting
different muscle groups, 1 hour a day. I love being challenged! Finished
out of breath but feeling outstanding. I also complement it with running,
on the off days. I love it, love it!
This is hard but totally worth it!!
