I’ve been doing this workout since August now. Along with maintaining a
healthy diet…I’ve lost 18 pounds. 2 more pounds to go. It really does

I’ve been searching for 3 months for the perfect at-home workout that will
work my full-body (I’ve tried Zumba, Pilates, and even The Biggest Loser
for Xbox Kinect) and I am glad to say that after endless searching I have
finally found it! This workout is intense and leaves my entire body sore
the next day, so I know it’s really working! I am able to make it until the
end but circuit 6 or 7 (the one with jumping squats) kills me! So I do most
of those exercises modified. My goal is to be able to complete this video
with no breaks at full-throttle effort by June 27th!

6 million 700 thousand fatso’s watched this video HAHA. Anyways this
workout is awful. I did it for like 7 days and didnt see any results yet
when I tried intermittent fasting I lost weight almost immediately. I dont
even have to workout I just dont eat and BAM – results. Guess what? Ive
never looked so good. Instead of being sore all the time im just a bit
tired but that goes away when I get looks from the people! keep being fat
youtubers!

I’m not even trying to lose weight I’m just toning up, Jillian Michaels is
great because I haven’t changed my diet to eat less (although I try to eat
healthier as in more fresh food), I just exercise more and Im so happy with
how strong I feel now.

Wow, I actually finished this for the first time I did it! It was hard, but
try to push yourself and you’ll get there :). Hardest part was the planks.
And TOO MUCH JUMPING!! lol

Of course with healthy eating as well! I would even do it twice a day
sometimes, it gets easier trust me, you start to memorize the workouts and
you eventually just zoom through it. (of course dead every time!)..Hope

i’ve lost 30lbs doing this and eating right…literally just doing this
every day and eating right. Sometimes I throw in 30 day shred to do weight
training. Used sweat my butt off but now I’m able to finish it and not
die. Feels good haha

So I found this work out today and made it to 34 minutes with a couple of
breaks. I had to stop because I began to feel dizzy and a bit sick :S ..
I’m going to try and do this daily for a while..See if I can finish it and
lose a bit of weight! Reading comments this has really worked for some so
I’m hoping to get similar results… I’ll update to help motivate others to
continue this as well! It is hard but we CAN do this !!!

Hey. :) I need some good advice. I’ve been doing this workout for almost
two months now and I’m loving it! I used to live at home with my parents
who always told me that they could hear my jumps downstairs, but they never
were annoyed. Now I’m currently moving and I’d like to keep up with my
routine. The floor in my new apartment creaks a lot and I don’t want to get
on the nerves of the nice man who lives downstairs by doing this workout.
(That sounds so weird, lol.) Can anybody help me? How are you handling
these kind of situations? Can you recommend “quieter” workouts? Or any
piece of sports equipment that also deliver results? I know that this
question is terribly stupid, but it took me so long to start working out
and I’m so happy that I finally managed to finish one of Jillians
workouts.I’d just love to keep up! I’m thankful for every answer!

or is it like unisex? seems like there are only girls on the comments and

i stopped at around 19 minutes. I’m a freshman in college and this
“freshman 15″ is a BITCHHH. with all of this junk food every damn where I
turn, it’s hard to maintain a healthy diet. I go to the gym and burn about
600 calories a day, but i eat it all back. i’ll incorporate this into my
daily routine.

Well I have always loved Jillian and just found this video. Only did about
30 mins but i plan to do more and more everyday. I weigh 108 lbs but I want
to weigh 100 and tone my body :D I believe you Jillllllllllian!!
