quick tip for stretches:

For Cobra Stretch: Turn your shoulders slowly to the right side get a good
feeling and to stretch the obliques, and to the left side after that.

Deep glute stretch v2: Sit on the floor with good posture and straight
back. Take your right ankle and put it above your left knee and then slowly
raise your left knee.
Also with your right hand push your right knee downards slowly to get a
“stronger” stretch if you need to.

Torso stretch at 25:30: With a straight back, bend your right leg and drag
your ankle on the outer side of your left knee(so your right leg is
straight but over your left knee. Kind of like a deep glute stretch
position but your leg is up instead of sideways).
Put your right hand beside your obliques, left hand resting under your
shoulder and turn your body to the left, try to look at some point straight
behind you to get a good stretch.

I need to work out more. I took a day off between day 2 and 3 because I was
waddling down the halls at work my legs were so sore. I even did follow
Daniel with the easy version. Looking forward to Yoga tomorrow!

I did day 2&3 today and all i can say is wow ,i feel soo good. I havnt
worked out for nearly 2 weeks due to decorating and other things and i saw
your 5 day challenge and im shocked i did two days in one. I love seeing
you both work out i feel u guys are with me ,i think i might have to do

I love your videos and your personalities. You push me in a very supportive
way to work hard so I can get great results. Daniel I have always commented
on your voice which is so friendly and almost soothing during tough
repetitions. This is the reason why I want to buy your programs as a mean
to support your work.Although I never spend my money on multiple gimmick
weight loss programs out there,I am not saying yours is the best ,what is
different about you is the way you approach your viewers. So gentle and not
