Here’s a quick total body workout you can do at home to help you burn belly fat! We designed this workout for those of us who are short on time or maybe just don’t have the patiences to do slow boring ab exercises.

Routine Breakdown:
3 set of 30 seconds interval set.

Alright so I’m 16 almost 17, weigh about 180 pounds, and I’m 5’11. I have
been doing some of my own exercises. I do 3 sets of 50 crunches with a 25
pound weight on my stomach, I do 3 sets of 20-25 curls with a 25 pound
dumbbell. I have just recently began doing (like this week recently) 6 –
7 sets of 30 second crunches. I’ve also started benching at about 120
weight and do 6 sets of 8-12. I still am not getting the results I want.
I’m not 100 percent sure I’m doing everything right and I want to know what
I should do to get the abs I want. Should I be running more or what should
I do?
