Here's a quick total body workout you can do at home to help you burn belly fat! We designed this workout for those of us who are short on time or maybe just don't have the patiences to do slow boring ab exercises.

hey guys. im 5 foot 10 154 lbs. and i just want to know if will this work
even i dont have a strict diet. everyday, i eat 5-7 cups of rice a day but
still not becoming fat because i lift not-so-heavy weights (because it may
stop the growth of my height) and play sports. so again, will this work
even if im not following a strict diet? i need the answer REALLY FAST.

lower part of my stomach . But got strong abs that I can feel when I touch
it cause I do abs workout and lift . But I wanna see it which I can’t . My
best friend said just do the abs workout and lift and don’t get to get
skinner and lose weight. I’m already light enough and I play football. I
need feedback if YALL tryna help

I weigh 1pound can someone tell me what workout to do to loose the weight
on my ‘still fetus head’?
Alright so I’m 16 almost 17, weigh about 180 pounds, and I’m 5’11. I have
been doing some of my own exercises. I do 3 sets of 50 crunches with a 25
pound weight on my stomach, I do 3 sets of 20-25 curls with a 25 pound
dumbbell. I have just recently began doing (like this week recently) 6 –
7 sets of 30 second crunches. I’ve also started benching at about 120
weight and do 6 sets of 8-12. I still am not getting the results I want.
I’m not 100 percent sure I’m doing everything right and I want to know what
I should do to get the abs I want. Should I be running more or what should
I do?
Abs? Please. I’d rather have a six pack of beer than of weird hard
rectangles on my stomach. People who like real men prefer pecs, guns, a
nice ass, calves, quads, lats, traps, and…a kegger. A big, furry kegger.
