This INSANE 90 minute 1,000 calorie workout features over 100+ HIIT exercises, combines 6 workouts in 1, and is shot in real-time – so that means I’m doing this entire workout with you without any extra breaks. This is one of the toughest workouts available on YouTube – but don’t worry, modifications are shown for each exercise so that you can meet this workout at your current fitness level. In this 1000 calorie HIIT workout, we’re going for 90 minutes straight, so remember to stay hydrated, take breaks when needed, and that modifications are always encouraged. Always get your doctor’s approval before attempting this crazy workout. This workout consists of 6 workouts in 1 [Cardio, HIIT, Kickboxing, Plyo, Light Dumbbells, and Abs] with moves ranging from 30-60 secs – followed by a killer burnout round. This workout starts with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down stretch.
