You’re seriously telling people they can spot reduce fat from their inner
thighs by targeting that area with strength exercises? I’m sorry, but to be
a trainer you will need a bit more education. One does not lose fat from
one specific area just by working that area.

dont worry so much about weight! It alld epends on your height too, you can
not compare yourself to other 12 years olds because everyone is different,
changes and grow at different times. Just focus on eating healthy,
exercising, stay active and avoid pop and junk food! Health is more
important than that silly number on the scale! You are seriously just fine
at 109! That is not overweight

I do, I have a lot of leg and lower body fat burning routines on here, I
will post a video response on this page for you. You can not spot train,
but cardio and strength training will help that area for sure…dont forget
a clean eating plan as well!

Hello! I would def get the ok from your doctor first. If you are cleared,
just listen to your body and work your way into any exercise, never go full
range of motion to starts. Even ask your trainer about these specific
moves. I would feel more comfortable having someone assist you that has
been working with you and understands your need entirely.

also…doing kicking motions would be beneficial, I have “how to” videos if
you need direction on form. Just stay low and again, ease your way into it.
Your trainer would be able to guide you through any challenges as well,
that is of course as long as your doctor has given you the ok!

Hello Sierra. Everyone’s body is different, I cannot give you an exact
answer, However if you do this consistently with other cardio and strength
training routines 4-5 times a week along with healthy eating, you will
absolutely see a difference everywhere in your body after a few weeks. The
key is to continue, stay active and increase as you get stronger and as you
build endurance. You cannot spot train, so I would never recommend JUST
doing this routine. Hope this helps! If not, ask away! :)
