Hello Sarah! Glad you are starting your health journey! I have actually had
a lot of people ask me the same thing recently. I am adding some
motivational type of videos…I added one on Tuesday and will do more
today. All I can say is I understand being busy and taking care of others,
but you do have to take care of you. You must figure out a way to make it a
part of your life, eating clean and exercising will benefit you AND your
family. You have to make up your mind that even if it is only 10

Congrats on your success so far!! I would suggest doing strength training
with your cardio. I have a TON of lower body routines, even a few targeting
your inner thighs, adding strength training and building muscle will help
your body burn more calories and fat and you will start to get lean muscles
that will tighten and tone everything up! As you are getting started, do
beginner videos for a few weeks, then try some of my other routines, modify
and take breaks as you need to though,

Thank u so much for taking the time to respond!! Two more questions: is it
better to put my focus on one group at a time? (= 4x cardio and 4x legs in
a week) or should i mix it up? (= 4x cardio and 1x legs, 1x abs, etc in a
week). And do i do cardio and strenght on the same day with one day rest
inbetween or 1 day cardio, 1 day strenght, 1 day cardio, etc?? I really
can’t wait to really get started!! Tonight will be my first real workout!!!
(Just waiting till the kids go to bed ;) )

Everytime you train you will stronger and YOU WILL SEE RESULTS IF YOU PUSH
YOURSELF further everytime. Start getting comfortable with being
uncomfortable LOL.. in other words, push your limits! So, I advise do
cardio 4 times aweek and strength training 4 times a week. AND add in clean
eating! WIth all of that, you can not fail!

Due through rough pregnancys i haven’t been able to excersice in over 3
years and that took me up to 90kg (+/- 200pounds) I started to live
healthier and now i’m 68,6kg (150p). But my thighs still stick together and
my belly is 104cm (= 50inch) So I want to excercise, but i have NO idea
where to start! Most excercises are too hard to keep up and I’m scared that
it will take me years if I do a beginner workout like this one. Could you
give me some tips or a monthly scedule to crank this s**t up?
