Let’s get ready for the New Year! Training video #4 of 5 of my kettle bell training series. You do not have to wait until you can afford a trainer to start making changes for this new year. Start working out from home and then get a trainer when you are ready to take it to the next level. You only need one piece of equipment “Kettle Bells” to get started

This is video #4 of a five-part kettle bell training series. At the end of this video I will give a sample kettle bell workout utilizing the exercises from videos 1-4. The kettle bell is a time-saving piece of exercise equipment that will help you get in shape fast! In this video I am showing you the sumo squat and the sumo squat high pull. All beginning training sessions should last no longer than 15-20 minutes, resting no longer than 45 seconds between each exercise. As you become more fit you will only rest 30 seconds between each exercise and then 15 seconds.
