For this Barbell Squat Workout Chelsey is doing a set with the bar for 20 reps to warm up. She in then adding 10 more pounds and doing 15 reps, then another 10lbs and 15 reps. She keeps adding weight and doing 15 reps until she can hardly do 15 reps in good form. Then she put another 10lbs on the bar an do 5 reps going very slow to make t really hard.
