Hey everyone this is a review Vlog of my experience with CARA: Chicago Area Running Association. I signed up to try something new in my weight loss journey. Prior to joining CARA I lost a total of 92lbs. from 307lb to 215lbs. So far, I love the program and like being outside and working out and fellowshipping with other fit minded people. I am 55 and have been over weight MY WHOLE LIFE. This is a MIND, BODY and SOUL journey that will take so many tools and support to reach my 157lb loss.
