For example, no carrots, potatoes, beets, peanuts (yes, no peanuts!. Substitute almond butter or other nut butters instead.) -Other above foods that seem off-limits, but are OKAY to eat are quinoa, tapioca, pumpkins, butternut squash, beans, legumes, waxy corn, glutinous rice sticky rice, and regular corn. "0023 rule": -Zero glucose, sucrose, corn syrup, or maltodextrin. -Zero amylose. -Two servings of protein daily (minimum 6 oz cooked). -Three servings EACH of fruits and vegetables
