I lost 35 pounds in 3 months!!! Is that healthy?

The last time i stepped on a scale was late November and it clocked at 225, i bought a scale and discovered that I now weight 190 pounds! Now I do bike from work and back about 10 miles a day and do nightly exercises every 2 or 3 days so i dont know if thats the reason. But someone said losing all those pounds so fast is unhealthy. WTF???
